Here’s is a breakdown of my typical weekly fitness fix:
Monday: My “filthy fifty” CrossFit day (as seen in the post it below). INTENSE. I dedicated it to TEAM RWB Vets (and--confession--I did not run the mile; I just jumped right into the 50)
Tuesday: My off day. See Monday to understand why...
Wednesday: Six quarter-mile sprints at level 10 on the treadmill. Circuit in the gym of pushups, deadlifts, towel flys, planks, pull-ups and then abs. I repeat this three times.

Thursday: Seven mile run with Paula Broadwell, the author of “ALL IN." It's always great to talk over a 7.30 mile pace for the zix, and a much needed easy one mile cool down. I love a meeting on the run!
Friday: At 6 am: Six quarter-mile sprints at level 10, with one minute rest in between with on-treadmill stretching. My go-to trainer on paper: Pat Manocchia’s “The Anatomy of Strength Training.” I follow the book pages with the photos and it shows you what you need to be doing! I did a “B” week last week.
