Just diagnosed with Celiac's this week - feeling overwhelmed about the changes ahead but glad to find resources to help. -
I THINK I HAVE FOOD ALLERGIES AND WOULD LIKE TO TRY A GLUTEN-FREE DIET TO SEE IF I CAN GET ANY RELIEF AND FEEL ANY BETTER. -
We have 4 kids...ages 12, 9, 6, & 2. My 9-year old and I are the ones with Celiac. So, 4 kids plus 3 dogs...we love to go on family walks, we live in a hilly neighborhood (not too many of those in KS) we take turns pushing the baby in her stroller & the older kids get to walk a dog. We play a lot of touch football and baseball in our big backyard, and just try to spend as much time outside as possible! -
My boyfriend and I love to take our dog for a walk together on a nice evening to have some time together and catch up on our busy weeks. -
My seven year old daughter was just diagnosed with celiac disease a couple of days ago and I really need to win your contest. I am so overwhelmed and scared. Your cookbook would be very helpful. Thank you!! -
I have been diagnosed recently with celiac disease and would like to win one of your Deliciously G-Free Cook Books. Looking forward to reading more on your site. -
We workout in our office. Usually, one person is on the treadmill, someone else is on the weight bench, and someone else is using the punching bag. We switch out between the three things. -
I am just getting started on working out with the family. I take the dog and the boy on walks, we are all loving raking up the leaves and jumping in the piles! -
We love the outdoors...all year round. Here in WI - Summers on the lake, Falls in the woods, Winters on the ice rinks, and Spring playing in our yard! Love 4 seasons and wouldn't trade it for anything! -
We head to the junior high track near our house to run. My three year old son rides his bike while my husband and I run, pushing our daughter in the stroller! -
We love to hike together. Gives time to catch up with each other too and what's going on. We also like to bike ride. -
My husband created a trail through the trees in our backyard. When workingout in the basement gets boring, we go for a run outside. The girls love it because they feel like explorers! -

I was just recently diagnosed with Celiac disease and am at a complete loss of how to deal with this. I am not really sure what I can and can not eat your cook book would probably be a really big help to get me through this transition. -
Mom diagnosed with celiac disease about 5 years ago weighed 68 lbs at her worst she did nothing but complain about the food so I told her I would split meals with her and do the diet well me and my husband had quit trying for a 3rd child years earlier I had a 16 & 13 year old we just assumed with all my miscarriages I was done but within 2 months found out I was pregnant was a shocker your book did wonders for me I loved it keep telling sisters who are still skeptics how important it is to stay on diet looking forward to browsing website thanks for the great info -

Our family spends at least an hour a day enjoying the outdoors and exercising which consists of taking walks, jogging, taking the dog with us and playing sports. Our youngest has recently been diagnosed with Autism and celiac. We are very new to the gluten free world and our Dr. recommended us to your site!! -
I love having our whole family go to one of the nearby parks and just move. We love to walk and play on the playground equipment together. -
My daughter is having symptoms of gluten intolerance. I hope that by changing her (our) diet with the help of your site and cookbooks she will be able to be healthy. -
Hello! I just finished reading your book and it was so inspiring! My 4 year old daughter and I are experiencing many signs and symptoms of celiac disease/or gluten intolerance. Hoping to find a doctor that can help us find out for sure. Thank you so much for all of your suggestions and the information you provided in your book!!!! -
We use the double jogger, load up both girls and head out! We make sure to bring lots of snacks for the girls, so that they can last long enough to make it a good work out! Love running / walking with the girls, and it shows them that exercise is important! -
Hello! Just found out 2 days ago, at age 39, that I have Celiac. My husband & kids (17 & 15) are being wonderfully helpful and supportive. My mom told me about your book and I ran out to get it and can't put it down :). As for the family workouts, we hike in the beautiful NH mountains where we live and do charity walks for my nephew, who has Downs. My daughter & I also pace the football field while my son and hubby (coach) have a game. We also ski in the winter and kayak in the summer! -
Hi Elisabeth! Hiking and biking in nearby state parks is always enjoyable, but especially during October when Western New York's fall foliage is at peak color. Crisp fall air makes this a perfect time to enjoy the outdoors. -
Hi Elizabeth! I like to workout with my family a few different ways. My dad loves going for bike rides, so he and I will do that when the weather calls for it. My mom and I love going for walks with our dog, too. My older brother and I have played ice hockey since we were little, so we love to go skating or play some street hockey. As a whole family, though, we'll go for walks with our pup, play a little touch football (especially during this time of year!!), or play catch with baseballs and gloves. :) -
We just finished a family fun run for a local family here adopting from Ghana. It's a great way to do something active while helping to unite a family. They are there as we speak, can't wait to see their family updates! Also, my hubby and I love doing challenge workouts together. We just finished P90X and my husband went from 21% BF to 7% and myself 28% to 17%! We start a gluten free challenge workout group again Jan 1st through Glutenfreefrenzy.com. Bodybeast this time, I can't wait to show the world that girly girls like me can still be tough and while living gluten free too! NoGii are my Gf bars of choice, seriously the only food that got me through P90X it was like a treat after working out! ;)
