From cookies to candy and pumpkin bread, Halloween parties can be a minefield of gluten-heavy foods. Here are five easy, G-free treats you can serve or bring to whatever event you’re attending on Halloween:

1. Gluten Free Halloween Cupcakes – these beautiful black and white cupcakes are made with g-free Devil’s Food mix and a teeny bit of espresso.
2. Gluten Free Chocolate Cake Pops - serve these chocolate cake pops on an orange platter.
3. Easy Gluten-Free Halloween Sandwich Cookies – these are a quick and easy treat to make. Just use your favorite gluten-free cookie – no baking required!
4. Halloween Rice Krispy Treats – have your kids help you embellish these with black and orange frosting.
5. Caramel Apples – these are easy and a great way to get everyone to eat a serving of fruit. For a more adult-friendly version, slice your apples and serve them with the caramel sauce fondue-style.

Living G-Free doesn’t mean your kids can’t go trick-or-treating! Check out this list of G-Free candies from G-Free life to see which candies are safe for your kids. And as always, check labels, as candy manufacturers may have changed their formulas since this list was compiled.
